about your home for sale or land or lot for sale and
marketing plans.
If you are a buyer or tenant, we collect personally
identifying information, including your name(s), address(es),
phone number(s), e-mail address(es), and information
about the home for sale or rent or lot / land you would
like to search for.
If you are a licensed real estate agent or broker who
is in a referral arrangement with us, we collect your
contact and professional information, including your
name, company, address, phone number, e-mail address
and general marketing information.
Regardless of whether you are a property owner, buyer,
tenant, real estate agent or broker, information
that identifies you personally is collected from our
Site only if you supply it voluntarily by entering
it on our Site. Additionally, we may

We do not regulate how these third parties use your
information and are not responsible for removing your
information from any third party lists. Please contact
the third party service providers directly to be removed
